Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Fact Sheet
What: The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) promotes agriculture by providing a
family-friendly live entertainment experience that educates the public, supports Texas youth,
and showcases Western heritage.
When: February 28 March 19, 2023
The HLSR will be happening during the ABA/KIND Unaccompanied Immigrant Children’s Service Provider
Training 2023! If you have time to attend, it is a fun Texas experience.

per ride. You can also take a car share (Uber/Lyft) and there are specific drop-off locations at the HLSR.
Cost: General Admission for adults is $20
General Admission during the HLSR gives you access to the public activities and events happening at
NRG Park, including AGVENTURE (an exhibit to learn about agriculture, including several live animal
exhibits), the carnival (carnival tickets are not included), dining, shopping, and the Wine Garden. More

Access to the Rodeo and concerts: Tickets start at $25
The Rodeo is held at NRG Stadium and lasts approximately 2 hours. The concert starts shortly after the
Rodeo. A general admission ticket is included as part of this ticket. Tickets for the Rodeo and concerts
