AsaresultwewillretireourcurrentU.S.S tandardandSecuritycheckofferingsby

April30,2012.OurpopularlineofValuecheckswillnotchange.Inaddition,theSafetylineofEFTand

DDRnoticeswillbediscontinued.StandardlineEFTandDDRswillcontinuetobeavailable.

AllBlackbaudFormschecksaremanufacturedwitharangeofsafetyfeaturesdesignedtopreventfraud.

Thepurposeofchecksafetyfeaturesistothwartcriminalsfromtryingtoaltereitherpayeenamesor

dollaramounts,aswellasreplicatechecks.Highsecuritychecksmakeevidenceofalterationorforgery

apparentthanaregularcheckandoffersmoredifficultandnumeroustechnicalchallengestothe

criminal.Becauseofthis,highsecuritychecksareyourfirstlineofdefenseagainstcheckfraud.Notonly

canthisprotectyoufromfraud,itcanalsolimityourriskofbeingheldaccountablefor

actsofcheck
