Offers assistance to low income families and people
experiencing homelessness. Programs include job
training and domestic violence shelters, book,
backpacks and other free school supplies. This
location also sells items to the general public at a
low cost. Beds, kitchen tables, electronics, TVs, and
much more as far as furniture is offered.

ST. MARY'S CHURCH CLOTHING DRIVE
BOTTOMLESS CLOSET

They collect donated clothes from the
community and then give the stuff out to
shelters, free clothing distribution centers
and other charities. that being said, some
referrals may be offered to places for shoes,
general clothing items, jackets and more.

The center delivers free, used household
items and furniture to families who have
come out of a shelter. There may be used
beds, kitchen tables, small appliances and
other items to very low income families,
most of whom live in public housing in
NYC. Diapers may be given to new moms.

NYCHA FURNITURE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM
This non-profit works with local churches, shelter,
soup kitchens and charities. They distribute new
clothes and merchandise to these organizations,
when then distribute the items to the needy.
Students from low income families or single
parent homes in NYC can also get backpacks,
free school items or supplies as well as stuff for
the year. There is also other assistance, including
desks or Chromebooks.

Room to Grow offers assistance to mothers in
poverty. It can provide them with essential
provisions for their babies. Call the non-profit
for clothing, toys, baby monitors, books,
video/music tapes, blankets and bedding,
bottles, teethers, bassinets, high chairs and
strollers, baby carriers, swings, diaper bags,
accessories.

The church provides an array of support services
to the low income and those in need. Resources
include a Crisis Center, free professional and
emergency clothing (shoes or accessories),
emergency food and a grab and go lunch meal on
Sundays. There is an emergency food pantry,
