Thomson Reuters - Customer Support Representative (2005 - 2007)
• As a Customer Support Representative I handled technical support for the Practice Solutions and
Practice CS product lines. In this position I assisted customers with installation, troubleshooting,
general product operation, and product suggestions. As a result of my success in Product Support I was
hired onto the Practice CS Development Team in early 2007 as a Product Analyst.
Michigan Technological University (2004 - 2005)
• Created a promotional video for the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Michigan
Technological University.
Project Highlights
• Helped redesign and maintain the e-commerce site for Wise Choice Market (2014-2018)
• Product packaging and web design for Cutting Edge Cultures (2015-2016)
• E-book design and formatting for Cultures for Health (2013 - 2015)
• Advocated and implemented automated suggestion management (using Ideascale) for Practice CS at
