ART PROGRAM
President Jean Paul Wardy and Vice President of Brand Experience Maureen Gitto have
launched a pioneering art program across 2
ND
& PCH in partnership with artist Jasper Wong
and POW! WOW!. Together Wardy, Gitto, and Wong curated a series of murals throughout the
property by artists Aaron De La Cruz, Dave Van Patten, Luise Ono, The Draculas, as well as
Wong himself. Wong’s work has been exhibited globally, and achievements include Archive
Magazine 200 Best Illustrators worldwide, and Hypebeast's 100 most influential figures in the
industry. Wong’s gallery in Hong Kong, ABOVE SECOND, has been named as one of the best
galleries in the city by Monocle and CNN. He is the creator and lead director of POW! WOW!,
which is a non-profit organization of contemporary artists, with a global presence, committed
to community enrichment through the creation of art outreach programs, educational
programs, and engaging the community in the creation and appreciation of art.

Architect Orange was tapped to the architect for the 215,000+ sq. ft. center to bring a

& PCH. Renowned interior designer Davis Inc. created
the hospitality-focused amenities and bi-level gathering spaces with comfortable furniture, fire
pits, water features, custom-designed railings, and lush landscaping including drought-
resistant greenery, olive trees, date palms, and shaded areas
