2.2 The seller will cooperate by providing to the buyer, at the seller’s cost, true copies of the Documents before ________ ____.m. on

2.3 If the seller does not provide the Documents before the Document Delivery Day, the buyer may, at the buyer’s option, obtain the
Documents.

of the Country Residential Purchase Contract of the buyer’s intent to obtain the Documents, and the Condition Day will extend to

2.5 The buyer’s costs to obtain the Documents will be invoiced to the seller and may include reasonable costs such as Land Titles
