Education Reimbursement: We have increased this benefit from $800 per year to $1,500 per year
effective April 1, 2023.
Vivacity Wellness Program: This free benefit program includes physical and mental wellness coaching
will take effect May 1, 2023.
Premera's Livongo Program: This program provides free diabetes and hypertension support and
programs for eligible employees.
Premera's Centers of Excellence (COE): If you use a COE provider, you have access to hand-picked
doctors and hospitals that deliver quality care at a fair price.
Insulin: We've now capped this at $35 for a 30-day supply.
98point6: We will continue to offer the 98point6 app to all team members and their family regardless
of being enrolled in a healthcare plan. The 98point6 app provides free on-demand diagnosis,
treatment, and consultation from board-certified physicians with no cost or co-pay.
Low-Cost Medical Plan: We will continue to offer the Low-Cost Medical Plan with employee-only
coverage for $50/month. This is a high-deductible plan with allowable expenses covered in full after
the calendar year deductible is met. This may be a good option for employees who are healthy and
have a history of minimal medical expenses.
Preventive healthcare is 100% covered with ALL health plans. This includes screenings, check-ups,
and patient counseling to prevent illnesses, disease, or other health problems.
Flexible Spending Account: We offer a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA), which allows
you to set aside a fixed amount from your paycheck on a tax-free basis to pay for eligible out-of-
pocket expenses for medical, dental, vision, and prescription drugs without paying income tax.
The IRS has increased the maximum amount you can elect for the 2023-2024 plan year to $3,050.
For those currently enrolled in the FSA, remember:
You must re-enroll if you want to continue participating in the FSA plan for the 2023-24 plan
year.
If you have an unused balance on March 31st from your 2022-2023 election, up to $610 of
the balance will carry forward to the 2023-2024 plan year.
Dental and Vision Plans: We have kept rates flat while continuing to offer the same great coverage.

If you are eligible for the Aegis Living medical plan, you are unlikely to qualify for a premium tax credit
on individual coverage purchased through a health insurance marketplace plan (e.g. Washington
Healthplanfinder, Covered California, Nevada Health Link). This is because Aegis Living offers medical
coverage that meets the minimum value and affordability requirements under the Affordable Care Act
(ACA), therefore employees are not entitled to a premium tax credit (subsidized coverage) from the state
plans. If you are covered by one of these plans, you may be required to repay any subsidy to the state.
Open enrollment is your opportunity to enroll in an Aegis Living medical plan.
